Urgent update: Email issues

Dear Customers,
We are currently experiencing an issue receiving and sending emails. We are working with our domain host and website designer to get this resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime we have a backup email via googlemail.
It is not ideal but it is currently the only method we have until this has been resolved.
We will provide further updates as soon as this has been resolved.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.
